Broker's Comments

This strong and sturdy ex pilot vessel needs an enthusiastic project manager to carry on with all the good work done over the last few years (over £30k spent).

Much of the work has already been carried out. i.e. the hull planking and frames have been repaired and replaced where necessary by a professional shipwright (this would need caulking before relaunch). The decks have been completely renewed with double 12mm ply that's been epoxy sheathed.

Internally she has been completely cleared out and is ready as a blank canvas to design and build your own accommodation layout.

If you would like to live aboard whilst carrying out this work, the yard allows it and there is an ablutions block about a 100 meters away.
