The King & Queen Rib Poker Raid
A Fun Day out on Ribs on12th November
The King & Queen will be holding a fun rib day out on the Solent,
The K&Q Rib Poker Raid on the 12th November.
Entry is open to ribs capable of a minimum speed of 20 knots.
Money raised is for the Hamble Lifeboat.
Entry fees are £25 per rib which includes the driver plus £5 for every additional passenger.
The 10.15am Briefing is compulsory for drivers and will be held at The King & Queen on the morning of the Rib Raid 12/11/11
What Happens on the water?
Ribs to gather for the start at Bald Head from where they will head for the rounding of the first mark and then proceed to the next buoy to collect the 1st Poker card and the
co-ordinates for the 2nd leg. Please note - this year each rib will be given different co-ordinates and different buoys to round, so you cannot follow the rib ahead of you!
